Configure the merchant
The documented route is Tsys with Visa/Mastercard and an eligible healthcare MCC. Individual plans affect eligibility. The partner configures the substantiation indicator: id51 is 0 without IIAS verification, 1 with IIAS verification, or 2 for the 90 percent exemption.
Describe healthcare spending
Include the relevant spending fields in the payment request. A category amount describes part of the spend; it is not added again to the payment total. Handle the result
Response/reporting follows the ordinary card-payment structure. The source lists Link/2500 and Lane/3000, 3600, 5000 and 7000 for cloud card-present support. Verify configuration before testing a healthcare flow.
