Query a v2 cloud-terminal estate
Find registered devices, inspect connection state and request supported battery or Wi-Fi information.
Select account or device scope
Use GET https://secure.nmi.com/api/v2/devices/list for the account, or append /{poiDeviceId} for one device. Send the merchant Bearer key. Results use poiDevices arrays; each item uses deviceId although registration returns poiDeviceId. Keep this v2 casing separate from v5 contracts. curl --request GET \ --header "Authorization: Bearer $MERCHANT_API_KEY" \ --header "Content-Type: application/json" \ "https://secure.nmi.com/api/v2/devices/list/$POI_DEVICE_ID?currentStatus=true"
Choose connection detail deliberately
currentStatus=true adds supported device details. Miura provides Wi-Fi information; Miura and Link2500 can provide battery details. Values are cached and may be unavailable while processing. disableConnectionInfo=true accelerates account-wide retrieval by omitting connection detail.
Interpret identity and errors
Retain registration status, serial number, nickname, registration/deregistration dates and connection timestamps. A deregistered device can remain in estate history. The source describes HTTP 400 for missing identity/key and 401 for invalid credentials; error entries include code, refid and message. Preserve refid for support.
